No major cold snap but poor air quality

Good afternoon. It's a dusty day for the central region with high levels of fine dust. Stagnant air flow is boostomg dust levels across the country and levels will remain high all day in Seoul.
Some welcome rain is in store from this afternoon until midnight in the central part of the country, but it won't be enough to wash away the dust.
Temperatures will be a lot milder today while highs will also hover a couple notches higher than the seasonal norms. Expect milder than seasonal averages through the middle of the week.
This afternoon, daily highs will range from 4 to 15 degrees Celsius. Other than the central region, the rest of you can enjoy plenty of sunshine.
The central region will see frequent rain this week, and showers on Wednesday will bring chillier air to the country but there shouldn't be major cold snap.
